Mission
Hatch Ventures LLC is an incubator for new consumer products and services. We employ a strategic partnership model in order to simultaneously advance a diverse and ambitious array of quality business development projects from concept to market.
Small business development is not just our job, it’s our passion and responsibility. We pay meticulous attention to detail in order to ensure premium products and services, and the highest level of customer satisfaction and care. Moreover, when profit margins reasonably permit, we partner with qualified domestic businesses to advance our products and services.
Approach
Once we conceive an idea for a new business product or service, we conduct rigorous research to determine its preliminary viability. Preliminary viability is based on projected start-up costs, workload, consumer value, differential advantage over comparable products and services, marketability, profitability and creativity. Although we do not self-impose restrictions on the types of products and services we develop, we prefer the challenge of identifying gaps in the marketplace, not yet addressed, and filling them with innovative and meaningful business solutions.
When a new idea for a business product or service passes our preliminary vetting process, we create financial and/or future profit-sharing linkage agreements with other businesses we believe to possess the interest, expertise, resources, motivation, integrity and time to support moving the idea from advance concept to the marketplace. Business partners include, but are certainly not limited to, administrative assistants, angel investors, artists, bookkeepers, business accountants, business attorneys, commercial real estate agents and attorneys, computer programmers, database developers, domestic and foreign manufacturers, engineers, fashion designers, graphic designers, website designers, intellectual property attorneys, international business intermediaries, interns, marketing consultants, photographers, researchers, website designers, and writers.
